YOU

We don't really talk anymore.

THEM

I thought we were fine.

One small check-in a day — so you hear each other again.

Small moments.
Big relationships.

We help you and your partner keep choosing each other — one small check-in, one honest next step, on the days the noise gets in the way.

We'll write you the day GrowLove opens — one short note, nothing else.
You're on the list. We'll write you on launch day.

How it works

Three small steps, two private voices, one shared direction.

You start with a small check-in.

YOU: You answer one short prompt about how this week feels. Two minutes, on paper, just for you.

THEM: They answer the same prompt on their side — privately, in their own time.

You see what changed.

YOU: You see your own pattern across the last few check-ins — what's softer, what's pulling.

THEM: You see theirs alongside yours — just the shape of two weeks.

You take one next step.

YOU: One small action that fits this week — something you can actually do, not a worksheet.

THEM: They get one too, framed for them. Different steps, same direction.

How it differs

It's never about the dishes. We're not therapy, not a coach, not a daily quiz — we're the small, private space in between.

Questions you might be asking

What is GrowLove, really?

We're a small daily practice for two people — one short check-in, one honest picture of your week, one next step you can actually take.

Is this couples therapy?

No. We're not therapy and we don't replace it. Think of us as a quiet ritual you keep on your own time, between the two of you.

Do we both have to use it?

No. You can start on your own and invite your partner whenever you're ready — solo or paired, the practice still works.

What do you do with our answers?

Your check-ins stay private to the two of you. We don't sell anything, we don't show ads, and you can take your data with you or delete it.

Is it free?

The core practice is free. If we add anything paid, it will be small, optional, and announced before launch — never a paywall on the basics.

When does Android open?

iOS first, in 2026. Android comes after the first wave settles. Join the list and we'll write you the day it opens.
